Why A Green Value Tour?

The local Portland real estate market is one of the nation’s leading areas for homes and ADUs built or remodeled to green standards. According to studies by PMAR and the University of California, Berkeley, green or very energy efficient homes have demonstrated a a 9% higher market value. For real estate professionals, appraisers, and lenders, it pays to know why these homes are worth more and to understand the latest tools and approaches to accurately pricing and valuing them.
